Karuna Fedorschak

Karuna Fedorschak is a mother of two. She has been practicing an eastern spiritual tradition for over twenty years. Even so, she says, when she first became a mother she didn't even know how to make a pancake. Her spiritual practice, coupled with her own observations of herself, make her book grounded in compassion and maturity - no striving to get it perfect, either for yourself or your children.

She lives in northern Arizona with her family.
